LetsPark Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LetsPark platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LetsPark is a platform that enables property owners (“Hosts”) to lease out their driveways as parking spaces to other users (“Parkers”).

3. User Accounts

3.1. Account Responsibility

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.2. Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Host Agreement

4.1. Exclusive Rights

By registering as a Host, you grant LetsPark the exclusive right to lease out your parking space through our platform.

4.2. Exclusivity Agreement

You agree not to list your parking space on any other platform or lease it out independently while it is listed on LetsPark.

4.3. Legal Rights

You warrant that you have the legal right to lease out the parking space you list on our platform.

5. Parker Agreement

5.1. Usage Terms

As a Parker, you agree to use the parking spaces only for the agreed-upon time and purpose.

5.2. Compliance

You agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by the Host and LetsPark.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1. Payment Processing

LetsPark will handle all payment processing between Hosts and Parkers.

6.2. Service Fees

LetsPark reserves the right to charge service fees for the use of the platform.

6.3. Fee Updates

Detailed fee structures will be provided separately and may be updated from time to time.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund procedures will be clearly stated on the platform and may vary depending on the specific booking.

8. Liability

8.1. Damage Responsibility

LetsPark is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or property during the use of the Service.

8.2. Indemnification

Users agree to hold LetsPark harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
